Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address, plan and subscription status.
• Computers: a name you can see on your account page, the app version, and a one-way hash of the computer’s ID (used to stop free-plan abuse).
• Agent accounts: which agent (for example Claude or Codex), the label you gave it, and a one-way hash of its login, so we can count accounts against your plan.
• Assistant: the requests you send to the Relay Assistant, passed to Google Gemini to answer them. We store daily counts, not the content.
• Security: hashed IP addresses for rate limiting and fraud prevention.

What we do not collect

Your source code, your agents’ conversations, and your agent credentials or API keys never leave your computer.

Who we share with

• Dodo Payments, to process payments (they receive your email and payment details directly).
• Google, to run the Relay Assistant.
• Our email and hosting providers, to run the service.

We do not sell your data.

Retention and your rights

We keep account data while your account exists and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request, except where we must keep billing records by law. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data at support@relay.zevian.tech.
